RAMA China has acquired a stake in and signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Uing Holdings of Shanghai, China.  Uing Holdings consists of Uing Media, Uing Education, and Uing Distribution. Together, we will focus on project investments and financing, global film and TV copyright transactions and combine our efforts to initiate the Asian Film Awards Project.

“RAMA China is working with several stakeholders across movie productions, content platforms, IP owners, film education, and the relevant local authorities, to develop sizable local market presence within a short period.”

We believe there can be a powerful synergy created throughout Asia by unifying all of our considerable talents and efforts.  India and China are the two largest entertainment markets in Asia with combined revenues, in Filmed Entertainment, of 7.9 Billion $USD in 2015.  That amount is projected to grow to $12.7 Billion $USD by 2019.

Uing Media is the perfect company for RAMA to partner with, in order to expand our vision of uniting Asia.  Uing is already well focused on film content and is working on establishing a data analysis centre, a copywrite management centre, film production and releasing facilities, along with their own Uing Education Center. Together with SHVES “Shanghai Vancouver Film School”, Uing has initiated and launched a course called “Hollywood Film Production and Finance”, to be taught in Shanghai, China.
